This incredible home has NEVER been sold, owned by one family for over 100 years. Designed by prominent VA architect Charles Robinson, the house embodies a unique classical Mediterranean style. It features marble water tables, sills and quoins at the corners, terrazzo floors on two of the three Doric porches, arched first-floor windows with some of the original inset wreaths, and an elegant stuccoed parapet above a dentil cornice. The bedrooms on the second floor were provided with decorative slate mantels.
